Me and about 30 other people have filed complaints against this person. Some of us complained about the same issue, and some might have other issues, but we all agree that he took our money unjustly. He is a Sudanese national, born in Saudi Arabia. When each of us filed a complaint individually, he was arrested and imprisoned in 1440 AH. We were optimistic, thinking he would either remain in prison or people would get their rights back. However, we were surprised by his release from prison due to a royal order to release all prisoners of private rights during the Corona pandemic. Now, when we inquire, they say a royal order is needed to return him to prison. In summary, I want someone who understands such cases. My condition is that I will not give anyone any money until my money is returned, whether in full or even a lesser amount, and we agree on a specific sum. I will give them a percentage of the amount recovered from the enforced person. Alternatively, if he is imprisoned, we can agree on a specific amount that I will pay from my own pocket to have peace of mind. I alone am owed 550,000 Saudi Riyals...
