Tagines: Indian lamb tagine, kofta tagine with tomato, date kofta tagine, hamis tagine, oven chops, oven ribs. Cold Appetizers: Hummus muhammara, tabbouleh, fattoush, muhammara, yogurt and cucumber salad, carrot salad, olive salad with a whole roasted lamb.
