13.5 meter European flatbed, two axles, very clean, and light weight. 22.5 rims and base. Carries 28 tons legally and can carry 30 tons, I haven't weighed it but it's light. The flatbed is nice. Whoever is interested can come see it and test it. A crane will lift it out. It's a simple matter, done in an hour.
