Only 5 bags available. 🌾🌾 Educational marketing announcement about the production of organic local wheat 🌾🌾 🗒📊 Its features, drawbacks, health benefits, and the difference between it and hybrid wheat varieties like American and Australian. 🗒📊 🌾🌟 First / Local wheat has many varieties and is widespread in the regions of the Kingdom. Its characteristics include low yield compared to hybrid varieties grown in the same area, so its production is not available in large quantities like hybrid varieties. However, this shortage is compensated by several beneficial features: 1) Low gluten content in local varieties. This is a colloidal protein responsible for dough consistency. Its low content makes the bread light on the stomach, easy to digest and utilize. According to the analyses I have seen for local varieties regarding gluten, Ma'eyah wheat has approximately 6.5% gluten, unlike hybrid varieties which can reach up to 34%. 2) High total protein content in local varieties, unlike hybrid varieties. 3) Local varieties are more resistant to agricultural pests, so the need for harmful chemical pesticides is reduced. 🚜🌾 Second / Our organic cultivation of Ma'eyah local wheat. ✅ We use organic fertilizers before and during planting. ✅ ❌ Chemical and mineral fertilizers yield better plant productivity, but they are an unhealthy choice for the consumer and the soil in the long term. ❌ ✅ With tiring physical effort, we manually remove unwanted and harmful weeds from planting until harvest. These weeds compete with wheat for water and nutrients, and their seeds interfere with harvesting. ✅ ❌ There are herbicides for broadleaf and grassy weeds, each with a specific type and application timing that relieves the farmer and provides effective weed control results, but they are an unhealthy choice for the consumer and the soil. ❌ ✅ By the grace of Allah, we have not needed and do not use chemical pesticides to control insects. ✅ ❌ As is customary, the field is sprayed with chemical insecticides preventatively before and after infestation, giving excellent control results, but it is an unhealthy choice for the consumer and the soil. ❌ ✅ By the grace of Allah, we have not needed and do not use fungicides for the plant. ✅ ❌ Chemical fungicides are sprayed preventatively before or after infestation, yielding excellent and effective results, but it is an unhealthy choice for the consumer and the soil. ❌ 🏆🏵 Finally, it is strenuous physical effort and financially costly, but praise be to Allah, the result is good and healthy. We must not forget that whole wheat flour, with all its components including bran and germ, is rich in beneficial minerals, vitamins, protein, and fiber.
