This includes drafting the articles of association, bylaws, and registering with the Commercial Registry, as well as understanding the Commercial Names Law for publicly traded companies. I have a comprehensive understanding of disputes involving these joint-stock companies, particularly those handled by the Capital Market Authority's Violations Committee, and I am well-versed in all relevant articles. Additionally, I am proficient in filing all types of personal, enforcement, labor, general, and criminal lawsuits.
