Peace be upon you, may God grant you good health, sanctuary owners. I want to send my bird to a Rosy-faced parrot sanctuary to get some sun and a change of scenery. It has feather plucking in the tail area, bleeding, and scabs. I've tried many medications, but they didn't help. My apartment doesn't get any sun, and some of my birds told me it's behavioral and the bird is depressed.
