It has a gate with a lock, and a section containing gravel (small white stones), and 4 seating areas with tires, service tables, and covers to prevent dirt. There are 2 spotlights with solar panels on raised poles. There are also nets, barbed wire, umbrella poles, and a surveillance camera. There is a water tap. *The entire ranch is new, used for less than a year, approximately 10 months or a little more. For the nets and outdoor seating, the ranch is located close to Riyadh, less than an hour from the east, about 35 minutes. The location is the Rumaah junction, behind the fodder market and behind Sahary station, a known location there, approximately 9-10 km behind it.
