We are looking for a dedicated professional with deep technical expertise in modern vehicle electronics, diagnostics, and programming to join our top-tier technical team. Key Responsibilities & Technical Expertise: • Schematics & Diagrams: Master-level ability to read, analyze, and troubleshoot using complex OEM wiring diagrams and electrical schematics. • Advanced Diagnostics: Diagnose and repair faults across major electronic control units (ECUs/Modules), including DME, TCU/EGS, ABS/DSC, SRS, and comfort/body domains (CAS/FEM/BDC). • OEM Diagnostic Tools: Expert proficiency in using factory diagnostic software and interfaces, including ISTA/D & ISTA/P (BMW), XENTRY/DAS (Mercedes-Benz), ODIS (Audi/VW), and PIWIS (Porsche). • Programming & Coding: Perform firmware flashing, module initialization, control unit coding, and feature activation/deactivation (retrofits). • In-Car Networking: Deep understanding of communication protocols and the ability to diagnose faults within CAN Bus, LIN Bus, FlexRay, MOST Bus, and Automotive Ethernet networks. • Sensors, Actuators & ADAS: Test, calibrate, and perform adaptations for various sensors, intelligent lighting systems (Dynamic/LED/Xenon), and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). • EV/Hybrid Systems (Bonus): Knowledge of Hybrid/EV drivetrains, Battery Management Systems (BMS), and adherence to High Voltage safety protocols. Qualifications & Soft Skills: • Proven hands-on experience exclusively or primarily with German vehicle electronics. • Exceptional analytical and logical problem-solving skills. • Proficient in English (able to read and interpret complex technical manuals, service bulletins, and schematics). • High attention to detail and a commitment to "first-time-right" repairs. • Strong communication skills to clearly explain technical issues and solutions to service advisors or clients. • Continuous learner, staying up to date with the latest automotive technologies
