3 Abbasid dirhams minted in the middle of the Abbasid Caliphate's rule, minted in the name of 3 subordinate Samanid emirs who pledged allegiance to the Abbasid Caliphs. 1= A silver dirham inscribed with the name of Omar bin Al-Layth during the reign of the Abbasid Caliph Al-Mu'tadid billah in the city of Sinjar in the year 288 AH. 2= A silver dirham inscribed with the name of Ahmad bin Ismail during the reign of the Abbasid Caliph Al-Muqtadir billah, minted in the city of Samarkand in the year 299 AH. 3= A silver dirham inscribed with the name of Nasr bin Ahmad during the reign of Al-Muqtadir billah, minted in Shash in the year 317 AH. Distinct pieces, high cleanliness, clear features and details, and considered a very high grade compared to most dirhams of this period from the Abbasid Caliphate's currency.
