Tahseel Debts Institution announces a vacancy for a Collector to work at its headquarters in Dammam.
Required Tasks:
• Communicating with clients and following up on financial dues.
• Negotiating with clients on suitable payment plans.
• Following up on client files and continuously updating their data.
• Achieving set monthly collection goals.
• Receiving clients and representing the institution with high professionalism.
• Preparing periodic reports on collection cases.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferably Business Administration or a related field).
• One year of experience in collection or customer service (recent graduates are also accepted).
• Strong and polite personality with high skills in persuasion and negotiation.
• Ability to deal with different types of clients.
• Proficiency in computer use.
• Good appearance and commitment.
