Founder of 3 coffee brands (Natull – Qahwa Community – Molato Coffee) and I have practical experience in establishing bars from scratch, selecting equipment, programming espresso machines and grinders, designing drink menus, and creating distinctive recipes. I have trained more than 20 baristas and led work teams of up to 9 people, organizing work and improving the quality and speed of service.
