🔹 Tasks:
• Managing employee affairs and their employment files.
• Preparing and following up on contracts, leaves, and document renewals.
• Monitoring attendance, departure, and the fingerprint system.
• Following up with employees in branches and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
• Implementing and following up on government procedures related to the establishment and employees.
• Preparing periodic reports and submitting them to management.
• Coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient workflow.
