Reason for selling is moving and it has no place in the new house at all, so I'm selling it out of necessity, not choice. Excellent quality wood, no defects. However, for the dining table, one of the chairs had one leg broken by the movers during the move. The entrance cabinet has one door that needs its hinge fixed, but it is sound and has no damage.
