Ad Type: Looking for employee Experience Level: Internship Contract Type: Other Qualification: Bachelor Peace be upon you Dump Truck Supervisor Responsibilities * Daily follow-up of dump truck and driver attendance. * Coordinate dump truck operations with the company representative on-site. * Follow up on driver instructions, understand the given instructions, and ensure they are not violated. * Record working hours, downtime, reasons for downtime, and whether it is the company's responsibility or due to breakdowns. * Ensure daily maintenance is carried out by the maintenance team and confirm weekly and monthly maintenance. * Daily filter blowing. * Weekly greasing. * Monthly oil change. * Maintain inventory and assets, whether for safety equipment, spare parts, oils, or greases. * Document downtime and waiting times and their reasons, and protect the owner's rights. * Follow up on required paperwork and continuous updates of some documents. * Ensure drivers adhere to safety regulations within the site. * Monitor dump truck breakdowns, report them immediately, and follow up with the repair team until repairs are confirmed. * Supervise drivers and prevent them from leaving the site without permission. * Review timesheets before approval. * Submit a daily report on the number of operational and stopped dump trucks, observations, and reasons for stoppage. * Protect the rights of dump truck owners in inventory and accounting. * Review company supervisors' timesheets and ensure they match reality. * Ultimately, be the owner's eyes on-site and a custodian of their property against loss or damage.
