Contract Type: Full-time Qualification: Bachelor Required: Customer Service and Public Relations Manager – Saudi National Only Job Description: The management of a successful hypermarket department announces its need to appoint a Customer Service and Public Relations Manager to undertake important supervisory responsibilities. Tasks include: Supervising all affairs of Saudi employees and resolving issues related to them. Following up on and resolving all customer issues efficiently and professionally. Dealing with all government entities such as the municipality, the Department of Commerce, and other legal departments. Visiting all branches daily to monitor service quality and cleanliness levels, and submitting periodic reports to the Operations Department. Cooperating with branch managers and the Operations Manager to issue timely employee warnings. Basic Requirements: The applicant must be male and Saudi. A Bachelor's degree as a minimum. At least two years of experience in any supervisory position, preferably in the retail sector. Proficiency in using computers and MS Office programs professionally is mandatory. Must have personal transportation. Work Location: Buraidah. Full-time: 48 hours per week. Salary: SAR 5,000 to SAR 6,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
