You can't move around the screen with the mouse, but you can change the track, go back, and mute the sound with the mouse. The speakers are very clear and their sound is loud, and the screen is top-notch, really. Some people face problems with the agency's screen, and these problems are solved with this screen, such as Bluetooth cutting out, or CarPlay not connecting quickly, or sometimes not connecting at all. You can't touch the screen while driving. Honestly, the screen is very expensive and cost me 2000 riyals. However, if someone wants to trade with me for the agency's screen with its mouse, I have no problem.
