I have practical experience in establishing bars from scratch, selecting equipment, programming espresso machines and grinders, designing drink menus, and creating unique recipes. I have trained over 20 baristas and led teams of up to 9 people, organizing work and improving service quality and speed. I have strong experience in inventory management, procurement, waste reduction, and preparing operational reports. I won first place in the World Chocolate and Coffee Exhibition in Riyadh.
