We are looking for an employee to work in the reception and customer service department at a women's salon in Al-Izdihar district, Riyadh. The candidate should be eloquent, have good manners, be able to organize work, and communicate professionally with clients.
Job Duties:
- Receiving clients and welcoming them professionally.
- Managing reservations and organizing appointments.
- Responding to calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram messages.
- Following up on client satisfaction and assisting in problem-solving.
- Managing the cashier and closing daily accounts.
- Monitoring inventory and coordinating reordering.
- Daily coordination with the team and organizing schedules.
- Daily monitoring of the salon's cleanliness and organization.
- Preparing daily reports for management
Requirements:
- Eloquence, good appearance, and good manners with clients.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and reservation systems.
- Commitment and discipline during working hours.
- Preferably live close to Al-Izdihar district.
Salary:
4000 SAR
Working Hours:
Saturday to Thursday
From 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Weekly Day Off: Sunday.
