From the etiquette of Ruqyah, as Ibn Hajar, may God have mercy on him, said: 1 - It should be with the words of Allah Almighty or with His names and attributes. 2 - It should be in Arabic or in a language whose meaning is known. 3 - To believe that Ruqyah does not have an effect by itself, but by the decree of Allah Almighty.
