Commercial registration for POS with sales ranging from 5 million to 10 million riyals is required. Mechanism and Seriousness of Execution (Please Read Carefully): 1. Proof of Solvency: The certified check is available and ready to prove seriousness (it remains with me and is not handed over to the seller at all initially). 2. Contracting: A formal contract will be written with a penalty clause for execution at the lawyer's office. 3. Disbursement and Delivery: The check will not be handed over to the seller or cashed until the financing is fully deposited into the account.
