We are looking for ambitious, professional, and hardworking individuals who are serious about building a career in sales and business development. Job Structure & Growth Path Phase 1 – Initial Interview & Training • Selected candidates will begin with a 2-week training period • Performance, professionalism, communication skills, and work ethic will be evaluated throughout training Phase 2 – First Month Evaluation • Candidates who successfully pass training and continue through the first month will receive 2,000 SAR • A second interview/evaluation will be conducted at the end of the first month Phase 3 – Full Contract Opportunity • Candidates who successfully complete the evaluation period may receive a full employment contract • Base salary ranges from 3,500 SAR to 5,000 SAR • Salary will be determined during the second interview based on: • Experience • Work ethic • Performance • Professionalism Final Evaluation • A third and final interview will take place by the end of the first 6 weeks Requirements • Strong communication and people skills • Professional attitude and appearance • Commitment to full-time office work • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets • Bring your own device to work • Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory Apply Now Only 10 positions available.
