Seeking an Executive Assistant who combines organization and analysis to support the following tasks:
1- Overseeing a small real estate portfolio:
Monitoring rents, contracts, platforms, taxes, collections, reports, and some limited development work.
2- Supporting committees and boards:
Preparing for board and committee meetings, reviewing files, summarizing reports, preparing executive briefs, and following up on decisions.
3- Personal Assistant:
Managing personal affairs, home, farm, etc.
Requirements:
* Mature, trustworthy, and discreet personality
* High initiative to organize and develop tasks
* Very strong in organization, follow-up, and analysis
* Excellent Arabic and English writing skills
* Good financial and business understanding
* Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Suitable Backgrounds:
- Previous experience in a consultancy office/Executive Office Manager/Consultant/Executive Administrative Assistant or similar.
- Preferably education or experience in accounting or internal audit.
- Suitable experience is typically between 3-10 years.
- Expected salary 4-7K inclusive depending on experience.
