During my current work, I became responsible for several operational and administrative tasks that contributed to organizing work and improving daily follow-up. Among the tasks I perform: • Following up on the movement of vehicles and drivers and scheduling daily tasks. • Following up on operations, coordinating with clients, and workflow. • Creating transportation documents and permits. • Preparing reports, recording data, and organizing documents. • Following up on operational accounts, recording income and expenses, and client accounts. • Following up on periodic and emergency maintenance and ensuring the readiness of vehicles and equipment. • Following up on malfunctions and reducing operational costs as much as possible. • Contributing to reducing maintenance expenses through continuous follow-up and early detection of problems before they worsen. • Following up on administrative and field work as needed. What I can add to the work: • Improving the organization of operations and daily follow-up. • Increasing work efficiency and reducing delays and errors. • Contributing to reducing operational costs and maintenance expenses. • Improving vehicle and malfunction tracking to reduce downtime and losses. • Taking responsibility and working on more than one operational and administrative aspect.
