Looking for an apartment with a yard in Al Baha or its villages, should be good and reasonably priced, monthly or annual rent is fine. It's okay if it's unfurnished, and also okay if furnished. The most important thing is that it's in a village and a quiet place, away from noise. And it should be close to services like grocery stores and health centers.
