Installation of rooms, annexes, majlis, corridors, and workers' rooms in the house in an artistic and inexpensive way. Here are the details and installation method:
1. Making metal structures, with the division, thicknesses, and size of the metal structures depending on the space available to the client.
2. Installing sandwich panels according to the thickness required by the client and their available thicknesses in the market: 5, 7.5, 10.
3. Making water drainage gutters. The height of the gutters should not be less than 25 cm, and a water drainage pipe is made and hidden between the walls.
4. Installing wall partitions made of cement board according to the thickness required by the client. They are installed in an artistic and organized manner, and the cement board is raised above the sandwich panel by a distance of 10 cm to hide the corrugation of the sandwich panel. The structure is treated as if it were a concrete slab and a normal wall.
5. Wall insulation is made between the inner and outer cement boards using 4 cm thick tubes, with the insulation material chosen by the client, whether it is rock wool insulation or gypsum board insulation.
6. Electrical wiring is done as required.
7. Making gypsum board decorations according to the shape required by the client. The client chooses the type of board, whether it is red fire-resistant, white regular, or green moisture-resistant.
