You will receive the Excel file ready for your review with all clarity. We extract from each invoice its date, supplier name, invoice number, supplier's tax number, taxable amount, tax amount, and the total amount including tax. Any discrepancies between the amount on the invoice and the actual amount will be identified and the cell colored to alert you. All you have to do is send us the documents and we will take care of entering them. If you want us to rename each file with the invoice number, we can do that for you. It doesn't matter if all your invoices are in one PDF file or separate. The important thing is that they are issued by Saudi institutions/companies and the currency is in Riyals. If your files are disorganized, we will sort them for you. The price is 200 for every 500 invoices, and every additional 100 invoices is 30 Riyals. Contact via private message.
