An inventory and stock reconciliation specialist is required for a transition from the "Sahal" system to the "Rawaa" system. There is a grocery store with an approximate area of 160 square meters and about 1950 items. Location: Al-Qassim – Buraidah – Al-Akhdar District. Objective of the Work: To perform a physical inventory count of the stock, reconcile it with the current data in the "Sahal" system, and prepare the required data for the transition to the "Rawaa" system, ensuring that inventory and item data is ready, accurate, and suitable for starting on the new system. Scope of Work Required: 1. Conduct a physical inventory count of all items at the location, reconcile it with the "Sahal" system, and identify numerical and financial discrepancies. 2. List expired or damaged items. 3. Review item data, identify duplicates or inactive items, duplicate or incorrect barcodes, and anything that needs processing before the transition. 4. Record observations related to purchases or suppliers that become apparent during the inventory and reconciliation process only. 5. Prepare the required import files for the "Rawaa" system and deliver them organized and ready for review and approval. "The executor will be provided with the required format later in an Excel file." Required Outputs: 1. A final electronic report including the results of the physical inventory, quantities recorded in the system, and numerical and financial discrepancies. 2. Expired or damaged items, duplicates or items needing processing, and duplicate or incorrect barcodes. 3. Observations discovered during the inventory related to purchases or suppliers. 4. Issues affecting the transition and necessary recommendations for their resolution. 5. Import files for the "Rawaa" system, filled according to approved results, and delivered in an organized manner ready for review and approval. Not Included in the Scope of Work: * Any accounting or financial work (budgeting, financial statements, account auditing, accounting review, balance confirmation). * Uploading data into the "Rawaa" system or operating it.
