- Metal: The sharp core is made of CMV60 steel (chromium, molybdenum, vanadium added carbon steel) for a great balance of superior hardness and rust resistance. Blade is CRYODUR high-temperature treated.
- Design: Wavy Damascus blade with layers, giving it a beautiful streamlined look and preventing food from sticking during cutting.
- Handle: Features a comfortable Western-style handle (not fully cylindrical Japanese), made of durable synthetic material and secured with rivets, with an elegant black and stainless steel finish.
3. Miyabi 5000FCD - Price: 1000 SAR
- Model: Miyabi 5000FCD (Serial No. 34681-160, 6-inch / 160mm blade length).
- Metal & Hardness: Blade made of advanced FC61 steel (Fine Carbide), a fine carbon steel with very high hardness, amazing edge retention, and corrosion resistance. Blade is FRIODUR ice-hardened for enhanced durability.
- Design (Damascus): Blade covered with 49 layers of Damascus steel with striking, mesmerizing waves to protect the sharp core.
- Handle: Traditional Japanese D-shape, made of black fibrous wood infused with durable resin (Pakkawood), decorated with a luxurious mosaic pin in the center.
4. Shun Premier / Tsuchime Petty Knife - Price: 450 SAR
- Design & Shape: This knife features a Tsuchime (hammered) finish on the upper part of the blade, followed by Damascus waves below. The hammering is not just aesthetic; it creates small air pockets that prevent food slices (like garlic or onions or fruits) from sticking to the blade.
- Metal: Often uses a core of premium VG-MAX steel surrounded by layers of Damascus steel.
- Handle: Made of warm, beautiful brown Pakkawood with a comfortable cylindrical design, offering precise control, very suitable for delicate and detailed tasks (Petty/Utility Knife).
All knives are stored and unused. Prices are fixed and inclusive.
