Small traditional kitchen hanger, old handmade wrought iron, for decoration and museum owners
A distinctive and tangible-sized traditional antique piece: a small, ancient kitchen hanger made entirely of heavy, hand-hammered wrought iron using traditional manual methods, crafted by an old blacksmith.
Size and Traditional Use: Its size is small and tangible, carried by hand as shown in the pictures. It was used in kitchens in the past to hang small pieces of meat, sausages, birds, or bundles of herbs and garlic for drying and ventilation.
Manufacturing Method: Entirely handmade forging using heat and hammer. The marks of hammering and old square rivets are visible, with no modern screws or electric welding.
Artistic Feature: Equipped with a top ring that allows the piece to rotate 360 degrees for ease of use, with cylindrical iron separators between the hooks to ensure balance.
General Condition: The piece is very durable and heavy for its size, covered with a natural patina of age that gives it a wonderful antique appearance.
Note for Credibility and Honesty: One hook is missing at one end, as shown in the last picture.
Estimated Age: At least 70 to 80 years old.
Current Use: Ideal as a rare artifact for personal museums, or as a very distinctive and luxurious decoration for kitchens and restaurants to hang small copper pots and pans with a rustic touch.
