A commercial registration is required that has strong POS activity with annual sales ranging between 5 million and 10 million riyals. The mechanism followed to preserve rights: • Legal contracts: Signing a binding official contract with a penalty clause through a lawyer to ensure the seriousness of both parties. • Proof of solvency: The certified check is ready and present to prove financial ability (it remains with me as proof of seriousness only). • Delivery and disbursement condition: The seller does not receive the check and it is not disbursed until the financing is actually deposited in the account.
