The project relies on a digital platform under development that will be invested as a sustainable marketing channel to support product distribution and enhance its market presence, as part of a plan to build a long-term business asset and reduce reliance on traditional advertising. In return for the funding, the partner receives a percentage of the product’s profits according to a clear agreement until the full funding amount is recovered, or permanently depending on the agreement, with their rights and profits linked solely to the product without any ownership or claim on the digital platform or other projects.
