Your CV is the problem not you

90% of CVs are automatically deleted before any employee sees them, due to ATS systems that sort files automatically. The ATS system is a program that companies use when they receive a large number of CVs, to help them sort applicants quickly. This means that when you apply for a job, your CV is first read by a machine – not a human – and it checks if it contains the keywords and skills that the company requested. If it doesn't find what it's looking for, your CV might be rejected before the hiring manager even sees it. I design a CV for you specifically built to pass these systems and reach the manager directly.
