Job Objective:
Responsible for managing all daily operations of the shop, starting from supervising technicians and ensuring the quality of services provided (dismantling, installation, alignment, wheel balancing), through monitoring inventory and sales, to providing an exceptional customer experience that ensures their loyalty and increases the shop's profits.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Operational Supervision: Monitoring and directing technicians during tire dismantling and installation, wheel balancing, and wheel alignment (balancing) to ensure accuracy and safety.
Customer Service: Greeting customers, inspecting and diagnosing tire or car vibration issues, and providing them with professional advice and appropriate solutions.
Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory movement of tires (various sizes and types), weights, valves, and maintenance materials, and ordering shortages before they run out.
Financial Management: Managing daily sales, closing the cash register, and preparing periodic financial reports for the owner.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring the safety and calibration of wheel balancing machines, air compressors, lifts (jacks), and alignment machines periodically to prevent breakdowns.
Marketing and Development: Proposing promotional offers to increase sales, and monitoring market prices and competitors.
Safety Compliance: Implementing occupational health and safety standards within the workshop to protect technicians and customer vehicles.
