LG Split Inverter Air Conditioner, 24,000 BTU. Total usage is approximately one month. I bought it and didn't install it for over a month. I was surprised to find damage to the outdoor unit. After more than a month, the store refused to cover it under warranty. It was repaired at my expense. However, I discovered a refrigerant leak. I don't know if it's from the internal wiring of the apartment or the outdoor unit, despite the store assuring me there was no defect in the outdoor unit. The damaged parts were replaced with genuine LG parts. I didn't need the air conditioner in the apartment until I moved to another one, which has window AC units.
