Job Announcement: Field Supervisor (Canteen Supply, Inventory, and Canteen Control) We are looking for a professional Field Supervisor with extensive experience in inventory and accounting to take full responsibility for the supply and control of school canteens. 🔹 Tasks and Responsibilities: • Complete Replenishment: Responsibility for monitoring and securing "all" canteen shortages (without exception) and ensuring no item stops selling. • Inventory and Accounting: Conducting accurate periodic inventory counts and having the ability to manage daily transactions. • Supervision and Control: Monitoring workers in the field, ensuring their adherence to standards, and submitting performance reports. • Administrative Reference: Complete commitment to referring to management on every detail (small or large) and documenting everything with photos and messages. 🔹 Requirements: • Accounting Experience: High ability in accurate inventory, cost calculation, and identifying any financial deficit or shortage of goods. • Strong Documentation: An "organized" person who records every detail, and does not rely on memory for multiple tasks. • Honesty and Firmness: A leadership personality that manages workers and deals with utmost integrity with suppliers and accounts. • Transportation and Availability: Possession of a private car, a valid driver's license, and full-time availability for work.
