Operations & CS Specialist
Who are we?
We are a specialized store for marketing and promoting social media accounts.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
WhatsApp Negotiation and Support: Quick response to daily inquiries (for customers and affiliate marketers), skilled negotiation and closing of major package deals, and handling angry customer complaints, documenting them, and working to resolve them fundamentally according to return and compensation policies.
Manage and Execute Ready Orders: Immediate receipt of orders on the Salla platform, accurate execution according to Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) through digital product suppliers, and tracking order status to the customer.
Manage Pre-prepared Promotional Campaigns and Document them with Google Sheets: Receive promotion packages and run them on advertising platforms (like TikTok Ads) based on pre-defined templates and settings (no ad creation or targeting experience required). Your role is to operate, closely monitor the campaign counter, and manually stop it once the customer's quota is met.
Provide periodic feedback to management and convey customer opinions and desires clearly: What do customers like? What do they want? What new services and packages are they requesting?
Manage and Document Credit and Deferred Payment: Receive and execute purchase orders with deferred payment for trusted, approved customers, approve them based on the financial limit, and accurately document these claims in the store's database (Google Sheet) to ensure our financial rights.
Process Compensations and Suppliers: Transparently follow up on customer claims (shortages and compensations), immediately communicate with the relevant suppliers to resolve them quickly, and document them in the system according to store policy.
Strict Control of Salla Platform Cases: Serious and immediate adherence to changing order statuses on Salla at each stage of work until the order is closed, ensuring the Salla platform always reflects the real work status for management and the customer.
Prepare Administrative Reports: Prepare and document the weekly achievement report and submit it to management every Thursday, and contribute to issuing bi-monthly invoices for customers who purchase on deferred payment.

Required Conditions and Qualifications:
Proven operational experience in e-commerce stores.
Knowledge of the nature of digital products.
Technical awareness to deal with some advertising dashboards for the simple purpose of precise operation and stopping (like TikTok, Snapchat, etc. dashboards).
Sharp accuracy and organization in writing and recording data in tables and programs like Google Sheets.
Speed in typing WhatsApp responses and using computers to navigate between different screens and windows with flexibility and quick intuition.
