HR employee required, with understanding of accounting and purchasing. Manage 30 employees. Requires experience in restaurants or willingness to learn with a strong foundation in purchasing, accounting, and human resources. Experience in contracts, employee management and control, managing all employee-related matters, developing business strategy. Manage purchasing (inbound and outbound) and monthly financial statements such as salaries, accounts, rents, expenses, and trusts. Working hours are according to restaurant operating hours.
