I bought it mid-2022. Used for a little over two years, and honestly, I haven't used it for the past two years due to lack of need and purchasing another machine. The machine has been used cleanly (there are a few missing parts, clear in the pictures). It has a small scratch on the left side from when I put it in the cupboard with other appliances. The lid for the milk frother is lost and has been replaced with a black lid. There are some sticky residue marks on the black part because I had put a coffee sticker on it and removed it before taking pictures 🧐 The plug is a three-pin as clearly shown.
