The mechanism followed to protect rights: • Formal contracts: Signing a legally binding contract with a penalty clause through a lawyer to ensure the seriousness of both parties. • Proof of solvency: A certified check is ready and available to prove financial capability (it remains with me as proof of seriousness only). • Delivery and payment condition: The seller will not receive the check, nor will it be cashed, until the financing is actually deposited into the account.
