Requirements: • Minimum 7-10 years of practical experience in consulting engineering firms (design - supervision - project management). • Extensive experience in preparing proposals, contracts, and engineering plans. • Strong ability to establish and manage an engineering office from scratch (licensing procedures, team building, daily operations management, marketing, and client communication). • Excellent leadership and management skills. • Ability to work under pressure and achieve rapid growth objectives. • Proficiency in Arabic and English. • Preference for those with good relationships with government and private sector entities in the Kingdom.
