Job opportunity with the title: **Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Specialist** Key Responsibilities: • Managing and following up on all transactions through relevant government platforms. • Following up on the registration and updating of the establishment's data with various government entities. • Managing employee files and following up on contracts, residencies, insurance, leaves, and other employee affairs. • Coordinating with government entities and completing the establishment's regulatory requirements. • Following up on the establishment's licenses, registrations, and renewals. • Preparing necessary administrative letters, forms, and reports. • Ensuring compliance with relevant requirements, regulations, and instructions. Required Qualifications: • Practical experience in human resources and administrative affairs. • Experience in dealing with government electronic platforms and completing related transactions. • Good knowledge of administrative and human resources systems and procedures. • High skills in follow-up, organization, and priority management. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs. • Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively and professionally with various entities.
