Work Experience
General supervisor and administrator for a car care center.
Technical Supervision: Managing and monitoring the implementation of Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation, heat-insulating tinting, professional polishing (Correction), and Nano Ceramic to ensure cars are delivered to agency standards.
Department Management: Direct supervision of the interior upholstery department, polishing department, and car wash department, and assigning tasks to technicians based on appointment schedules.
Customer Service: Receiving customers, explaining the technical differences between types of films and nano-coatings, and providing technical consultations to help customers choose the right service for their car.
Administrative Organization: Arranging the daily task schedule for the center, and accurately monitoring the pick-up and drop-off of cars at the scheduled times.
Quality Control (QC): Final inspection of each car before delivery to the customer to ensure it is free of technical defects in installation or cleaning.
Inventory Management: Monitoring the consumption of materials (protection films, polishing materials, cleaning supplies) and ordering shortages to ensure work continuity.
