Tame Indian Ringneck male, but shy. He doesn't know what biting is. He mostly sits on the shoulder or head and allows full body petting. Honestly, he's afraid inside the cage and doesn't like being held. He can fly around the house. He's a good bird and says 'meow', 'meen', and chirps. His age is not exactly known. Price is negotiable. The bird was previously neglected, but has now been re-tamed. There are videos of him, and I'm open to suitable trades.
