It should consist of only one bedroom, a bathroom, and a corridor. It should not be just a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen, or two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a corridor. It should include electricity and everything, and the price should not exceed 850. Any floor is fine, and I can sign a lease agreement.
