* Produce high-quality products while maintaining consistency.
* Continuously improve and expand the product range.
* Lead and organize the production team when needed.
* Ensure high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in pastry and bakery production.
* Strong ability to develop and innovate recipes from scratch.
* Confident, self-motivated, and has strong leadership skills.
* Passionate about creativity, product development, and continuous improvement.
* Maximum age: 35 years.
* Committed, organized, and able to work in a professional production environment.
