I have two rose-ringed parakeets under training, they are young, a month and a half old, and accustomed to eating seeds. The blue one has started to learn its name and comes when called, and loves to play a lot. As for the yellow one, it is still under training, and this is normal because they are still young. With time and repetition, it will automatically know its name and come frequently.
