Required: Engineer (from any engineering discipline) to establish and manage a new engineering consulting office in any of the following cities (Riyadh-Dammam-Jeddah-Khamis Mushait) We are looking for an ambitious and experienced engineer to join us as a team and manage the new engineering consultancy company in any of the mentioned cities. Requirements • Practical experience of not less than 7-10 years in engineering consulting companies (Design-Supervision-Project Management) • Extensive experience in preparing proposals, contracts, and engineering plans • Strong ability to establish and manage an engineering office from scratch (licensing procedures, building the team, managing daily operations, marketing, and communicating with clients) • Excellent leadership and administrative skills • Ability to work under pressure and achieve rapid growth targets • Proficiency in Arabic and English • Preferable to have good relations with government agencies and the private sector in the Kingdom Nature of work: • Establishing the office • Managing and developing the office • Attracting and managing consultancy projects • Building a complete team We offer a unique opportunity for an engineer who wishes to transition to the phase of independent development and management with full support for the success of the project and there are incentive rates.
