The budget is from 25,000 to 26,000 riyals annually, and it is preferable for the rent to be monthly or to accept monthly payments. Districts required: Al-Ajawid, Prince Fawaz, Al-Qurainiyah, Umm Al-Salam, Al-Furusiyah, Al-Sanabel, Al-Safa, Al-Marwah, or the districts close to them. The Al-Taysir district is not desired.
