Required: Engineer (any engineering discipline) to establish and manage a new engineering consulting office in any of the following cities (Riyadh - Dammam - Jeddah - Khamis Mushait). We are looking for an ambitious and experienced engineer to join us as a team and manage a new engineering consulting company in any of the cities mentioned above. Requirements: • Practical experience of no less than 7-10 years in engineering consulting firms (design - supervision - project management). • Extensive experience in preparing proposals, contracts, and engineering plans. • Strong ability to establish and manage an engineering office from scratch (licensing procedures, team building, daily operations management, marketing, and client communication). • Excellent leadership and management skills. • Ability to work under pressure and achieve rapid growth objectives. • Proficiency in Arabic and English. • Preference will be given to those with good relationships with government and private sector entities in the Kingdom.
