Responsibilities: Designing and implementing aquaculture systems. Selecting suitable crops and managing production. Monitoring water and nutrient solution quality. Supervising the operation of greenhouses. Training the work team and developing operational and expansion plans. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in aquaculture projects. Knowledge of NFT, DWC, and other hydroponic systems. Ability to prepare production plans and improve efficiency.
